Saw 3D/Saw 7 (2010) Review


Well, opinions are divided with this one. Nope, most of them say that this is the worst of the franchise. Worst than even the third, the fourth and the fifth one. And I understand it. The plot is dumb and illogical and confusing, the performances are awful, the script is so lazy and so poorly written and the whole execution is a failure. Personally, I consider that, although the whole movie is dumb, the twist is the single thing in this movie that you can enjoy. It is stupid and confusing but you can still enjoy it. Overall, it's a dumb, confusing movie but you can have fun with it. The 3D is OK but it doesn't help a lot. 5.5/10

OK guys, those are the reviews for today. Next up is "Jigsaw" and "Thor: Ragnarok". Plus the Best and Worst of October. But that is going to be in the first November weekend, I hope. The following week there are no reviews because I am going to be busy working. But tomorrow I will post the reviews for the two movies mentioned. Until then, take care and keep on reviewing!

So let's start with the good one and I mean this one, of course. If you have seen "Sicario" and "Hell or High Water" and you enjoy watching those movies you will certainly enjoy this one as well. And it is based on real events so it has that reality based element, which is going to make you appreciate this movie even more. It's smartly written, beautifully executed, with the environment playing a big part in inducing the viewer into the chilling atmosphere of the story. It's dramatic, filled with emotions, suspense and thrills and it will keep you invested from beginning to end. It has a fast pace and, although it has it slower moments, it does not get boring. So, just to be clear, this is not the ''A Star Is Born'' review as I promised and it is unlikely that I will still make that review. Mission Impossible 3 (2006) Review Hello guys and welcome back to Movie Talks with Tudor! Well, this is what I am talking about, if you want to make a great action movie but still keep the style and panache of the original. J.J. Abrams did it. He combined, successfully I might add, the stunts and special effects with the style that made the first MI so good. It does suffer in some departments, especially the script and character development but that is just nitpicking at this point. The visual effects are awesome, the action is great and fast paced giving you the right amount of time to breathe before it chuckles you again into the action. The acting is top notch with a very good villainy performance from P.S. Hoffman.
