Hello guys and welcome back to Movie Reviews! Today, I will tell you a story, a review rather, of a strange movie that is "Colossal". This one surprised me in a good way with its strangeness and brilliance. It has originality with the story, it's funny, smart, weird and emotional, in some parts. I admit, it has elements of other monster movies like "Godzilla", "Cloverfield" and "Pacific Rim" but it's a monster movie with a different and ingenious approach. Some of the viewers will find the weirdness of the story to be a bit confusing and distracting but that is the thing that makes this movie work. It's brilliant in it's weirdness. Plus, the performance of Anne Hathaway is a must see and it elevates the quality of the movie even higher. It's just a treat to watch her unfold on the screen. And her character arc is excellent. To see how her character starts off at the beginning and how she changes towards the end is tremendous. We don't receive a clear explanation of the situation of Anne Hathaway's character but I'm OK with it. It's just nitpicking at this point. The effects were a bit off putting but there brief so, again, nitpicking. A nice, funny, original and excellent little movie. Give it a chance and it may surprise you, in a good way. It's going to be worth the ride! 8/10

Wind River (2017) Review Hello guys and welcome back to Movie Talks with Tudor! For today, I have prepared three new reviews for three movies, one was good and the other two not so much. So let's start with the good one and I mean this one, of course. If you have seen "Sicario" and "Hell or High Water" and you enjoy watching those movies you will certainly enjoy this one as well. And it is based on real events so it has that reality based element, which is going to make you appreciate this movie even more. It's smartly written, beautifully executed, with the environment playing a big part in inducing the viewer into the chilling atmosphere of the story. It's dramatic, filled with emotions, suspense and thrills and it will keep you invested from beginning to end. It has a fast pace and, although it has it slower moments, it does not get boring. Mission Impossible 3 (2006) Review Hello guys and welcome back to Movie Talks with Tudor! Well, this is what I am talking about, if you want to make a great action movie but still keep the style and panache of the original. J.J. Abrams did it. He combined, successfully I might add, the stunts and special effects with the style that made the first MI so good. It does suffer in some departments, especially the script and character development but that is just nitpicking at this point. The visual effects are awesome, the action is great and fast paced giving you the right amount of time to breathe before it chuckles you again into the action. The acting is top notch with a very good villainy performance from P.S. Hoffman.
